* ACCUMULATIONS... POTENTIAL FOR 8 OR MORE INCHES OF SNOW. THERE IS A GOOD LIKELIHOOD OF SNOW IN EXCESS OF 10 INCHES.

EVENING. THE SNOW MAY BECOME HEAVY AT TIMES ON WEDNESDAY...BEFORE
SLOWLY TAPERING OFF WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

THE POTENTIAL FOR 6 TO 12 INCHES OF SNOW ACCUMULATION EXISTS. AT
THIS TIME THE HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE NEW YORK
CITY METROPOLITAN AREA AND LONG ISLAND.

AS THE STORM INTENSIFIES...EAST TO NORTHEAST WINDS WILL BECOME
STRONG AND GUSTY DURING THE DAY ON WEDNESDAY...WITH GUSTS UP TO
45 MPH POSSIBLE ESPECIALLY IN COASTAL SECTIONS. THIS WILL CAUSE
BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF SNOW...WITH NEAR BLIZZARD CONDITIONS AND

This is not said to infuriate you AG I do sympathize with you and everyone dealing with extreme snow accumulations. Your areas is not not prepared to deal with a ture winter Nor'Easter but now you can appreciate a little how we feel almost every winter here in Upstate NY.

We are in a pocket this year that has brought extremely cold artic winds but not very much snow relatively speaking we are most likely considered in a drought

Cold yes, but even at high of 46 and sunny and cold windy day, The Polar relay for Life bike ride was great. It was all for Cancer and Great to ride with friends on there bikes and Smile the whole way for 72 miles.

Sorry about the Snow Lori ! I went out today and rode alone for a hour and did it help your snow melt . We had frost on cars this morning and warmed up to 60 for a few hours and had the day off.
