Fun and FREE photo editing program..
I only became interested in it for the filters it provides namely Antique but it has a Tilt shift filter that works great as well..
I have been playing with it and for the $$$ it is a heck of a great deal!

I think once you get used to the controls it could be a valuable addition to your PP arsenal.
The price is right!

The price is fantastic! Especially compared to PS! There are a few things to adapt to, but a lot of fun to use.
