Sorry guys but I will have to owe ya on the food thread, closest food is my favorite pizza joint and Joey would toss me out on my ass for bringing in a camera besides the lighting in there stinks..
Playing with Elements I figured out how to do something I have been baffled with and wanted to give you a taste.
Will throw in a couple of my fav's from last year as well to warm the mood a little.

Go to filter/render/lens flare for filament light and for illumination go filter/render/lighting effects and choose most natural lighting for the effect you are trying to achieve
These are lame examples but I will be working on some uber cool stuff soon:D
