I would, but I have taken note down through the years now and then on such things and price is almost as much as new. For $100.00 more or less, if I wanted it, I would just buy new. JMHO :)

Lil, I purchased a refurb Nikon D90 body and 18-105mm lens for $950 delivered about 2 months ago. They come with a 90 day warranty/return. I really like the 18-105mm, very nice all purpose lens. I wanted to try the D90 as its image sensor is the same as the D300s. Its video performance sucks but I didn't buy it to be a camcorder going in. And I like to collect toys anyway :-)

I hear you loud and clear J. R. The same thing with Canon. Sometimes however, a good deal can come along.

Great for you John! Have we been seeing some of the D90's work with you latest postings?

Yes, my last image postings of sunrise were with the D90. I am not yet satisfied with my performance with it by a long shot. Its complicity has left me baffled at times, producing unsuitable results imo at times, my failure to fully control it. Throw in a Tokina 11-16mm super wide into the mix to complicate things. I'm a work in progress.
Now Erin knows how to make her D90 talk! I could use a few lessons from Erin.

Thank you John, but if you remember, I was quite frustrated with mine in the beginning, it takes time to figure it out. I'm still figuring…..;)

It does take time John, but I have confidence. You'd be in good hands with Erin!
