Trying to get lighting right with an industrial (tin) background and its throwing lighting and focus off...
My brother and I want to do a bike and babe series but we are missing something (skills).
Any ideas?
Are you using indirect lighting or direct. It might be as simple as the model adjusting makeup for the bright lights (less oil showing on skin). Just using a bright reflective background can be a real obstacle

Hmm,
I like the fore ground lighting. I was thinking that you could hide a light behind the subject facing the background producing a halo effect. It's not the real way to deal with it but I think it might look pretty cool.

Can you rig up a defuser of some sort to knock it down or what color is the ceiling, maybe you could just bounce it.

Anything would help :rofl::rofl::rofl:
Tried to bounce some light on the back of bike.
Here are a few after some adjustments

I think the adjustments made a big difference, much better color on these.

The first one in the adjusted set is the best to my eye. The wall, bike and her skin are all much improved.
Thanks all I think we are on to something..

You guys are looking at this all wrong. The only thing I see that is wrong here is the bike. That isn't a V-rod. Solved. Carry on.

Mike,
You have been busy. These are the best you've submitted for critique yet. Very nice.
