This time we went in the car and took the equipment we need to shoot seriously. I hope you like these!

Found this awesome barn/silo/windmill combo

This is the church just down the street that we stopped at on the bikes on Saturday. When Angela saw the pictures, she immediately wanted to go. We made plans to go the next day.

One of the towers in a yard near the church. We talked to the caretakers of the church and they told us that they used to be water towers. In the Spring, the water was pumped up from the ground and it was gravity fed to the homes in over the summer months. I think some people have since converted them to look outs. The view from them must be amazing!

We stopped by the Old Stone Fort on the way home.

Very nice Michael! That church is wonderful. We've been riding around the Catskills a lot lately:ride::ride:, but haven't seen anything as interesting as that! Do you know what town it is in?

Have you been on Route 23A? It runs up the mountain and right by the lower falls of Ka'aterskill. If you have, keep going up until you hit the Stewarts a few miles up the road. Turn right at the Stewarts and a few miles down the road, there will be a fork in the road and the church is in the middle of the split.

It's called the All Souls church. I am not sure of the exact town it is in, because there are a lot of different towns down there that seem to just run into one another. Try Tannersville. That may be the name. Or just find 23A and turn right at the Stewarts. The road is freshly paved and a gorgeous ride. Get there soon, because the leaves are almost gone.

Thank you J.R.! She was standing at the top of the falls - 260 feet up. Just to give you an idea of how high we were on the mountain.

Thanks Vanessa! We were incredibly lucky. We got to the church as they were just getting ready to sand the floors after the last wedding of the season. Had an amazing chat with the caretakers and they even invited us back and gave us directions to an amazing lookout that they said overlooks three states. I will try to stitch that one together soon.

Thank you so much Lil! That's 7 shots stitched together. Technically it's 5, because two didn't line up properly during the stitching process in Photoshop CS.

Good job with the pano. I've not done one in a long time.
