Random Pics

I like when the random pic thumbnails come up on some pages which leads to this question.

Is it possible to add a feature to the site that would be a random picture viewer?

It is possible to write the code and have random pictures show up but one thing I am careful with is making the coding too complex. An important lesson I learned on other forums is if you make them too complex updates become impossible because of all the hacks.

I think the casual visitor as well as us regulars would enjoy this feature. If you can swing it that would be great! If not thats fine too. Any help that I can offer you would be my pleasure.
