I don't do a lot of landscapes but when I do, my preference is for wide angle so I tend to use my 7-85mm zoom lens.

J. R., I use my Canon EF-S 17-85MM f4-5.6 IS USM Lens. It is all I have in the proper range. I will admit to using the 100 - 400mm down at 100 for large vistas.

My 18/200 seems to be used the most. DX or not, it covers a lot of bases for me.
Would be glad to here as much as I can on this one until the middle of next week. :)

The 18/200 lens is the only one I own and I usually set it to prime or below (18/35) with the thinking that a landscape photo is just that, a grand view and the wider the lens the grander the view until the point of too much distortion unless it is for special effects.
