Thanks for voting in the poll and picking our winner for the coming week. Our theme for the week May 9 - 15, 2010 is
Subjects or Items That are Normally Insignificant
There is a world full of insignificance out there people. What will you find interesting?
Remember, at any time you can submit an idea and it will be added to the Theme of The Week Brainstorm List (http://www.moviephotoforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=448).

Here is one for Ed as he made our first manhole photograph.
I was stopped on the road for a short moment and looked over only to
see a manhole and thought nothing of it at first, but then the weekly
theme crossed my mind and it seemed to be a perfect fit.

PS
Vanessa, that makes me laugh too! It is live, right?

It is live, Lil. It was her 1st shower in my house on a newly rigged perch that fit over the shower head and I was NOT trying for this shot. I wanted pretty wings spread but got tail in the face instead. I am no sure I could even have planned this one. Not sure it really fits the theme perfectly but its all I had. Need to get out and shoot insignificant stuff!

Thanks girls!!
LT, I love that birdbath. I had a nice lighthouse one but Molly accidentally broke it last year.
She cried and cried because she felt so bad. We tried to find one this year so Nick could have her give it to me for mom's day, but they were all so ugly.
Lil, Nick is doing really good, it still hurts a lot, but as you can see, he isn't letting it stop him.
I think he is pushing it a little, but it doesn't seem to be doing any harm and the therapist said he is way ahead of schedule.
He is talking about riding soon....thank God for the cold and the rain (and snow)!!;)

Ed?????
I know Ed was thiking, I believe, the 2nd weekend in June, I know he was hoping to do it during his Americade trip.
Judging by how quickly Nick is healing, that should be okay for us if it is good for you.
I'm not sure who else is interested, but we are flexible right now on weekends as long as it is not earlier than that....

Okay, rained in again, so it is plants or birds from my deck...
I took this picture of this thingy on a tree over the deck.
I don't know what kind of tree it is exactly, or what the heck this thingy is (they puff up in the rain), so it can't be too significant...

I know I am a little late but I had this one to add. Actually I am not so sure it is insignificant to dogs or if your house was on fire but it certainly is not something I usually photograph.:)
