It is an windy overcast day out here today, but the flowers will go by soon and I could not pass up the opportunity to let them show off. All but one picture was taken with a macro setting and all are hand held.

Oh Max! I am so grateful you started this place and to have the new camera, something I would not have done for myself, is such a treat! You created the situation which allowed my interest in photography to be stimulated again. I am having so much fun. Thank you!

You have a great eye for these shots Lil. I love them all but "Purple Wild Flower 2" and "One Yellow Wild Flower" really stand out. Bravo.

Ed, Thank you. Purple Wild Flower 2 is my favorite. The wind got to me a bit today. Nobody would stand still.;) I'm going to play with faster speeds next time to capture more clear images in the wind.

LIL!! LIL!! LIL!! WOW!!! I must say that I am still a little jealous that you won that awesome camera, but you are most certainly putting it to fantastic use!!! The DOF is perfect in some of these shots. Well Done! Keep them coming. I can't wait to see more.
